Sisters Thai

Highly recommend! The food, the Aesthetic, the employees, was all amazing! They clearly marked their menu for gluten free and vegetarian which was super helpful. We of course had to get the Gf calamari and it was coated perfectly! We were a large group and everyone had patience for us. Super good Thai restaurant with a lot of options for everyone to enjoy!! It was my dad’s first time trying Thai Curry and he said it was amazing and so happy he tried it.

Okay this is officially my favorite Thai spot in the DMV that I've been to. The food was super flavorful and the noodles in that pot with shrimp and crabmeat was very different but super tasty. The staff was super friendly and the ambience was gorgeous. They definitely took the time building this place. The dessert menu is also HUGE with so many creative and tasty options. If you're in Old Town I highly recommend checking this place out. It's definitely worth it.

Despite enjoying a flavorful Thai meal in a charming ambiance, a concerning incident occurred with a staple found in one of the dishes. The managerial response lacked the expected seriousness, focusing on a complimentary meal rather than addressing the critical issue of food safety. A more sincere apology would have been appreciated to instill confidence in the establishment's commitment to customer well-being. Overall food was tasty but safety is priority & a display of kindness goes a long way.

It is a cute restaurant. Great atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive. I had the eggplant. I had it tempura style, as well on another visit they were able to just sauté it. There is on-street parking available near me restaurant. I found it limited. However, there are side streets that also offer parking. I had not been to that area of Alexandria. There were a few other restaurants around Sisters Thai. Also, after we ate, we were able to quickly access the trail along the water to bring you to the center of Old Towne!!! I would definitely go back to Sisters Thai.

Let’s get into it!! Last night for dinner a friend and I checked out Sisters Thai in Alexandria! (They have some other locations as well). The atmosphere was really dope! There was a nice crowd even though the weather was not the best! To start off, I ordered a Queen Bee for my adult beverage. It was really, really good and has a bourbon base. For my appetizer I ordered the Bikini Shrimp. This was also a great choice! The shrimp is wrapped in the spring roll skin, so I did like that. For my entree, I asked our server some questions and decided to to go with the Pottery Shrimp. This delectable dish had glass noodles and crabmeat and came with a side of sticky rice. I was very happy that I went with that choice. So, so good! Now, I normally don’t get a desert but they had so many great options! I went with the Toffee Cake with Ice Cream! Wow!! So moist and tasty. It definitely hit the spot after a great meal! I would definitely check this place out if I were you!!

The place is nice and has a very unique style, like old cinema venue and the menu looks like a newspaper. So unique and nice. The food was good, and the portions wasn’t bad. But the dessert was amazing, and the mango flavor was really good, and the portions for the dessert was good. The Thai latte is really good, we like it so much, but with it was a bit bigger to enjoy it more. The waiter was so nice and friendly. Definitely we will go back again.
